The No. 2 color coating unit adopts Yanyun Intelligent Control Automation Control, with an annual design capacity of 100,000 tons, product thickness of 0.25-1.2mm, product width of 750-1300mm, and product positioning for mid-to-high-end building materials steel and home appliance steel. The production line implements a three-coating and three-baking production process: First, the substrate is cleaned and passivated to ensure the surface is clean. A layer of primer is applied to the surface of the steel strip, and it is dried and cured to provide a good foundation for subsequent coatings. Then the printing operation is carried out to ensure that the pattern is clear and the color is bright, and it is dried again to fix the printing. Finally, a layer of varnish is applied, and a protective layer is formed after drying to enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating. Subsequent processes such as straightening, surface inspection, shearing and winding are carried out to ensure product quality and meet customer needs. Printed color coated sheet has a wide range of uses. As a steel sheet treated with special technology, its advantages are not only beautiful, but also high strength, corrosion resistance, UV resistance and other characteristics. It can play an important role in architectural decoration, automobile manufacturing, home appliance manufacturing and other fields.

Except for the need to confirm the position of the strip head and the cutting of the strip head and tail when unwinding and threading, the unwinding process of this production line can be fully automated. The cleaning section greatly improves the surface quality of the product and ensures that the surface of the product is clean and bright; the vertical arrangement of the chemical coating drying furnace has an efficient and uniform drying effect, which can form a uniform coating on the surface of the strip; the leveling section design of the curing furnace entrance can prevent gas leakage to the workshop; the edge nozzle in the curing furnace can stabilize the strip and accelerate the leveling, and the special technology used in the last section of the curing furnace can ensure the temperature uniformity of the strip when it leaves the furnace; the RTO heat recovery efficiency reaches more than 92%, which minimizes the energy loss of the burner.
