Steel grade: "S280GD" is a high-strength steel grade with a high yield strength, generally greater than 280 megapascals, which allows it to withstand large stresses and loads when applied in industries such as construction, home appliances, and automobiles.
Substrate processing: The substrate of this type of steel coil is usually treated with aluminum zinc plating, which has good corrosion resistance and can protect the steel coil substrate in harsh environments, extending its service life. For example, in highly corrosive environments such as coastal areas and industrial pollution zones, the corrosion resistance advantage of aluminum zinc coated steel coils can be fully demonstrated.

For the substrate of color coated steel coils, such as galvanized steel, aluminum zinc coated steel, etc., ASTM standards specify the requirements for the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the substrate. For example, for galvanized substrates, indicators such as the thickness range of the zinc layer and the adhesion of the zinc layer are specified. This helps ensure the durability and reliability of color coated steel coils during use.
